What data we collect

When you use our booking form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you submit, plus an optional last name. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address) through analytics and advertising cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use the data

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, deliver the newsletter you signed up for, and to keep our records of what has been booked and confirmed. Technical data is used to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising performance where you have consented to it.

Legal basis
