By using this site or booking an advertising placement with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a placement.

3. Description of the offer

We sell three fixed advertising placements — the Single Patch Spot, the Four-Channel Host Reads and the Full Rack Campaign — described with their prices on services.html. Full booking and creative terms are set out in our Advertising Terms.

4. Eligibility & user obligations

You must have authority to book advertising on behalf of the business or organization named in your booking, and the material you supply for a placement must be accurate and lawful.

5. Bookings, orders and payments

Placements are paid in advance of publication, in Canadian dollars. See Payment & Refund Policy below and Returns Policy below; the long-form versions of both are at refund-cancellation.html.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, the Voxnettle name and logo, and our editorial work are the property of Blue Ant Media Corporation. Advertisers retain ownership of any material they supply for a placement.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, or book a placement for content that violates applicable Canadian advertising standards.

8. Disclaimer

General information. Content on this site is provided by Blue Ant Media Corporation for general informational and editorial purposes.

Professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for individual professional advice appropriate to your own circumstances.

Accuracy & availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant its completeness; services and prices may change, and the final scope of any placement is confirmed in your individual booking.

Results. Outcomes from any advertising placement depend on individual circumstances; we do not guarantee any particular result from a booking.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Ant Media Corporation's liability arising from your use of the site or a booked placement is capped at the amount you paid for that placement.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

Scope. This section covers payments made for advertising placements booked through this site or directly with our team.

Eligibility. A placement that has not yet aired, published or been recorded is eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the windows set out in our Returns Policy.

How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-646-4434 with your booking reference.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. A placement that has already aired, published or been recorded is not eligible for a refund. The full policy is at refund-cancellation.html.

10. Returns Policy

How to cancel. Email or call us within working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:30–18:00, Eastern Time) with your booking reference.

Returns windows. Cancelling more than five business days before a placement is scheduled to run qualifies for a full refund; cancelling within five business days may be subject to a partial charge for work already completed, such as a drafted script.

Rescheduling. We will usually offer to reschedule a placement to a new date at no extra charge as an alternative to cancelling.

Returnss by us. If we are unable to run a placement as booked, we will offer a full refund or a rebooking at your choice. Full detail is at refund-cancellation.html.

11. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
