Payment & refund policy

1. Scope

This policy covers payments made for the three advertising placements offered on Voxnettle: the Single Patch Spot ($215 CAD), the Four-Channel Host Reads ($760 CAD) and the Full Rack Campaign ($1,350 CAD), booked with Blue Ant Media Corporation.

2. How to cancel

To cancel a booked placement, email [email protected] or call +1 416-646-4434 during working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:30–18:00, Eastern Time (ET) — Toronto), quoting your booking reference.

3. Returns windows

Cancelling more than five business days before the first scheduled element of your placement (a host-read, newsletter credit or site placement date) qualifies for a full refund. Cancelling within five business days of the first scheduled element may be subject to a charge for work already completed on your behalf, such as a drafted or approved script, capped at 50% of the placement price. Once a Single Patch Spot has aired, or the first element of a Four-Channel Host Reads or Full Rack Campaign has run, that portion is non-refundable; remaining unrun elements of a multi-week placement remain eligible for cancellation under this same window.

4. Rescheduling

As an alternative to cancelling, we will usually offer to move your placement to a new date within our episode and newsletter calendar at no extra charge, subject to availability.

5. Eligibility for a refund

A placement, or the unrun portion of a multi-element placement, is eligible for a refund where it is cancelled within the windows above, or where we are unable to deliver it as booked through a fault on our side (see section 7).

6. How to request a refund

Send your cancellation request with your booking reference to [email protected] or by phone. We will confirm in writing whether the cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund under section 3.

7. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. We do not offer cash refunds for card or electronic payments.

8. Non-refundable cases

A host-read that has already aired, a newsletter edition that has already sent, a site placement that has already published, or a studio feature that has already recorded, are not eligible for a refund. Placements cancelled less than one business day before their scheduled run are treated as run for the purposes of this policy.

9. Returnss by Voxnettle

If we are unable to deliver a booked placement as scheduled — for example due to a production issue on our side — we will offer you the choice of a full refund for the affected element or a rebooking at the next available slot, at no extra charge.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
